I have used Word to print an envelope I will need to
reprint often. So I saved it in Word. But for some
reason it also save a blank page as page 2.

I can't seem to get rid of the second page. Anyone know
how to delete the second page so I don't have to print a
blank page for every envelope I print.

Create a new document, and format that as an envelope using File > Page
Setup. Then copy the contents from your current envelope to the new
document. The envelope wizard is built to create an envelope from an
existing document and will add the envelope to the beginning of that
document. This is what you currently have.

You don't have to print the empty page! Print current page or Page 0.
There is an envelope template for download from my web site which you may
find useful.
