In Office 2003. Can anybody tell me how to go about stopping this.

Whenever I try to priint and Envelope The error
The margins of Section 1 are set outside the printable area of the page. Do you wish to contintue

If yiou answer NO, you lose the envelope informatione entered..If you say yes, then you get a an error in th
printed copy..

I thought something did not go rigth in the original installation so I reinstalled and..no better.

I assume you checked margins under page set up for the
section, as the original error indicated. Have you tried
printing to a different printer (if another is available)
or re-installing your print drivers? If it is not a
problem with the printer, and you've already re-installed
Word, try this: Exit Word. Rename Normal.dot to
Normalx.dot and allowing Word to create a new Normal.dot
