How can I print several envelopes with the same address. When I do the repeat
all I get is the top line ( name)

"When I do the repeat" What does that mean? Are you using a Microsoft
Access database? Do you always want to print the same number, or do you
want the user to specify the number to print? Are you using a button or
code on a form, or simply running a report?

More details please.

I go to view when I print envelopes and it says to repeat envelopes go to
control( y) I do that and it will print more but all it prints is the
first line Or (name)

Again, are you using Microsoft Access? What program are you in?

This is a Microsoft Access newsgroup. Access has no built-in envelope
feature that I am aware of. If your particular database has this feature,
then it means that someone built it. You would need to see what CTRL+Y
does. Is there some code that runs when you press that key combination?

Please look at the lower left side of the screen on the Web interface
to the Microsoft newsgroups. There is a list of programs there.
Microsoft Access (the database program) is the first one, and
apparently that's what you're using.

However, you should be asking your question in a newsgroup for
Microsoft Word. What you're doing is like going into a Baskin Robbins
ice cream store and ordering pizza - it's a good question but not the
right place to ask it!

Thanks I will try asking another group
