Change the style Envelope Address.
Assuming you have Word 2000 or earlier,
Format => Styles...
If Word 2002+, Ctrl-Shift-S
Find the Envelope Address style (you may have to change the display to "all
styles").
Click on the modify button.
Format => Font
Change to the font you want.
Click OK. When given the opportunity to check a button to "save to template"
do so.
Note that these changes are template-specific and will not change the font
in existing documents, only in documents newly created from the template.

I have attempted to use the 'default' button to change the font style in
Envelopes, but it doesn't work? It asks me isf I want to change the font
default to Times New Roman, I say yes, it closes the window, and the font is
still in Arial. How can I get the default to actually stay in Times New
Roman?
