Envelope rotation

I have both Word XP and Word 2003. I don't know what has happened, but I used to be able to print an envelope that included a barcode, such that the return address was on the right side of the page as it came out of the printer. But all I can do is get it to come out on the left side. This would not be a problem if the printer didn't eat the envelope as it went through in this fashion. Basically I want to get Word to allow me to print an envelope so that I can feed the envelope through where the "flap" side is on the right, and it doesn't get messed up in the printer. Help please.

Have you tried Tools/Letters and Mailings/Envelopes and Labels/Envelopes/Options?
