envelope format in mail merge

When I choose address block in the mail merge function of Word, the example
looks correct, but when I review the envleope the addressee name is in the
middle of the envleope with the rest of the address lined up to the left. I
can go through and change each envelope individually but that defeats the
purpose of the mail merge.
 
You should ask your question in a Word newsgroup. This one is for Microsoft
Access, a relational database program. The MS web site may have misdirected
you.
