Envelope Delivery Address Won't Print

When I print an envelope using envelopes and labels, if the address is on a
letter, although it looks okay on the screen, the envelope prints out blank.
If I just type the address on a new document, with no letter, and go to
envelopes and labels, it prints out fine on the envelope. Have uninstalled
and reinstalled the printer and checked settings - all seems ok.

Select the address prior to going to Envelopes & Labels...
