Enumerating user from remote computer

Hi, I would like to enumerate user from remote computer connected to
network. I don't use wmi service because all service necessary don't
start. I just know IP address and Netbios name.
Do you know to find them?

Please try to explain exactly what you are trying to achieve. Note, however, that excluding
one possible option (WMI), because you are messing with the systems services, won't help you
in finding an easy answer.

hi,

I would like to find data from remote computer.On somebody computers,
I can't connect with wmi. I don't know why.
Now, I search a solution to recover list of the user who can connect
on the remote computer.
