ENU-String resource

Whenever I download a .NET CF application, during the installation of the
System_SR_ENU.cab file I get a messagebox pop up saying

"The program is not compatible with the current operating sytem and,
therefore, may not run on this device. Do you want to continue the
installation?"

This has only started since I'm using CE5.0.......on CE4.2 the
System_SR_ENU.cab file downloaded ok.

Does anyone know why this is, and how I stop it?

It's due to the way its INF file defines maximum version (4.99). It is
harmless, ignore the warning
