Entry on address bar won't go away!

As it says above one entry will not disappear, I have tried clearing the
history, cookies but no luck . Spybot and adaware does
not help.

The only way to stop this entry appearing is to turn off the web address
auto complete function any help appreciated

If you are referring to autocomplete entries, you may be interested in the

It deals with the removing or auto-complete entries which you are unable to
otherwise remove.
