Outlook does not seem to have full indexing of all of my contacts. There
are several (perhaps many) records in my contacts folder which do NOT show
up when I access the addressbook (ctrl-shift B) when sending an email. For
instance, only 6 people show up whose last names start with "E" and yet I
have about 10 in my contacts folder.

Can anyone tell me how to correct this?

Are you certain all of these Contacts have valid, resolved electronic
addresses?
Would you please include your Outlook version when you post?

I owe appologies on two counts. First, I am sorry for not including my
Outlook version before. I am using OL 2003. Second, upon a deeper look I
saw that the contacts I was looking for did NOT have valid, resolved
electronic addresses.

Thanks for your very polite response and for the help it provided.

No problem. The Outlook Address Book fools almost everyone at some time or
another.
