Entering text simaltaneously in the same document

Is there a way to type information in a word document and have it autopopulate the same information elsewhere in the same document
 
Sure is. Basically you create a bookmark name for the text want to copy
then create a cross-reference to that bookmark in other places. This is
usually done using formfields from the Forms toolbar with a protected form.
