Hi

I have Outlook Office 2003

I work at a school where the students all have the same basic email address

(e-mail address removed)

So I have registers with hundreds of names like this.

But when I want to enter them into a distribution list, it seems to me that
I have to enter them one at a time.

Of course, I'd like to copy and paste them in one go, ideally with a macro
that can also insert their name at the same time (dream on eh?)

Any ideas please?

Thanks

You could try to do it in Excel and import them to Contacts (don't use dist
lists at all. Categorise per year/class whatever).
