Entering a number in any cell eg. 1 it changes to 0.01 why

I do not know what I did. But now when I enter any type of number in any cell
eg.
1 or 10 it changes to 0.01 or 0.10 why how can I change this
 
Tools/Options/Edit tag-Uncheck No. of decimals box!

Yes, thanks Bob, I'm often in trouble with translation back to English!
Microsoft should do something in order to preserve English as franca lingua
in informatics AND make use of national languages at the same time!
