"ENTER" was disable

I am using Office XP and have a problem on using Excel
When I click on a cell, input something and press ENTER from keyboard,
no respond from the excel, why ??

que quieres decir con que no responde?? que no se mueve a otra celda..??

yes, when I press ENTER, it will not move to another cell
