Enter Network Password Prompting Too Often

When I am in Outlook 2002, about every two minutes, I get
a pop up dialog box prompting me to enter my network
password. However, I am not on a network, and the
password that is already in the box is the correct one.
How can I get Outlook to stop prompting me every few
minutes? Thanks.
