Duane, here is one way to insert Check marks, format your cells as Marlett
then type the letter "A".

Use Paul's with a lower case a instead of A
BTW. It is considered rude (shouting) to type in all caps. Please use proper
case or all lower case.

IMHO - A much better "looking" check mark (tick), is obtained by using an
upper case (capital) P in the WingDings2 font.

the Alt key. The ASCII character looks like a check. It
is a sq. root sign.
