Enlarging the Outlook 2003 calendar space to receive PDA Hotsync d

When I hotsync only a portion of some of my calendar data shows up in
Outlook. I have a single event entry on a given time in my PDA but only half
of the data is in outlook after I hotsync. How can I instruct Outlook
calendar to receive more data on a given time slot on a given day? Are there
default codes that restrict the size of entry Outlook can receive?
 
See if there are any settings in the program you use to sync the data since
there's no setting in Outlook for size of entry. BTW, how big are these
entries?
 
Data length in my PDA is two lines long. In Outlook only one line appears.
I am hoping that there are default limits in Outlook calendar entries that
can be modified.

What data appears to be truncated? In what field(s) does this data reside?
