I'm in a situation where I have to go for physical therapy every other day
for the next 6 weeks. The ugly part is I can't have the appointment at the
same time. So what I'd like to be able to do is copy one of the appointments
and then paste it into the rest of the days. I'd have to edit each "paste"
in order to put in the correct time but at least I wouldn't have to enter in
all the rest of the "stuff".

Display the calendar with the whole month view. Hold down the Ctrl key as you select an appointment and drag it to a new day to make a copy. Repeat as many times as needed.

Good luck with your therapy!

You can also do this by right mouse dragging to each day. When you release
select Copy.

The date navigator is also useful here - Ctrl click the days you need to
drop it on, then drag and drop (right mouse).
