English (US) always used instead of chosen English (Australia) - h

Hi folks. I use Microsoft Outlook 2002 and have set the default language to
English (Australia), funnily enough because I'm Australian.

Anyway every time I write a new email or reply, the speel check is always
set to English (US). I can change it in the spellcheck thingy, but it then
checks one word and for the next, it swiitches back to English (US).

Can anyone help?

In addition to your system and application settings you need to set the
*global default* Office language in Microsoft Office XP Language
Settings. It doesn't take effect until you restart Office applications and
sometimes you need a reboot.

To change the default language of Microsoft Office:
On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Office Tools, and
then click Microsoft Office XP Language Settings.
Click the Enabled Languages tab.
In the Default version of Microsoft Office box, select the language, and
click OK.
