How does someone set a Windows XP Pro box power save settings for ALL users,
INCLUDING the system, local service, and network service accounts? My
machine goes into hibernate just fine when I'm logged on, but won't go into
hibernate when it's sitting at the log-on screen.

Hi

If I an not mistaken, the computer is using the settings defined
in the Default User profile when sitting at the logon screen.

Change the power settings in that profile and see if it helps.
