Ending sessiion is too slow <High Priority>

recently i have bad problem, windows loging off too slowly,
when i disable "Plug and Play" service from startup, then this problem has
been solved. but plug and play is essential service and must be start with
windows.

i waitng for your troubleshooting

There is no simple one-button-fix for troubleshooting shutdown problems.
If you went through everything on the shutdown troubleshooter I gave
you, what were the results?
