ending cc App

When I shut down Win XP Home Edition, occasionally (not
always) I get a window popping up that says, briefly,
closing [a program called] ccApp. It ends itself within
seconds and the rest of the shutdown is uneventful.

What is this program? Do I have a problem?

ccApp I think is a help application, but I can't remember. Don't worry about it; you do not have a problem.

It's part of Norton Anti-virus. Not a problem.
