End User License Agreement Window - Always Appears

I just reinstalled Office Prof 2003 on a new computer and i have
re-registered the Office 2003 product and it accepted. But, when i start
Outlook the End User Agreement ALWAYS appears and makes me select "accept".
In each of the other office products i've had to do that initially, but then
i do not see it again.

Why is it reappearing, when it shows that the license is activated and good
to go. It's kind of annoying.

You must accept the Office End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program:
