end task problem - Wnd for RNAdmin???

When I try to restart my computer I get a notification that "Wnd for RNAdmin" is not responding" and it gives me the option to end Now. What is Wnd for RNAdmin and how can I get it to finish its task or process?

RNAdmin is a part of RealOne player (RN being Real Network).

From what I've discovered so far, 'RNADMIN' is a piece of spyware related to
Real
Player.
