Shutting down computer a message box comes up with "End Program hpcompmgr.exe" This has to run before compter shuts down. How to correct?
 
You have a USB connected HP printer?
I found that by uninstalling all the HP software and re-
installing, this went away. Be sure to follow the HP
recommended uninstall/re-install. Disable any anti-virus
programs before re-install.
