Whenever I shut down my Windows XP Home Edition I go to
<start> <turn off computer><turn off>. I click on <turn
off> Then I get a window with this title: End Program
Notification Wnd for RNAdmin.
Then there appears a horizontal time bar which takes a
long time and then the message "This program is not
responding and then a warning that if I continue
information will be lost.
I tried searching the microsft database but couldn't come
up with a fix for it. What is the source of this window
message and how can I get rid of it appearing everytime I
shut down?
