End program message when restarting

When I restart my computer while in my .pst inbox I get a End Program Now
message. Windows is trying to close a CiceroUIWndFrame. If you don't click
End Now, Windows will not restart. A dialog box just stays on the screen
until you click End Now or Cancel.

When I open the task manager I notice that the CPU usage for Outlook is
holding around 97%. It will do this until I end the process.

This error/nuisance only happens if I close Outlook while in my .pst inbox
(or other .pst folders) the restart or restart while Outlook is opened in a
..pst folder. If a restart is done while in the Exchange Level (normal inbox)
everything works fine.

They easy work around this is to click End Now or close Outlook when you are
currently in the Exchange Level mail folders. But I'm a little more curious
to why this is happening. Thanks for any info!

System: XP Professional

Always close Outlook prior to shutting Windows down.

Perhaps http://www.google.com/search?q=CiceroUIWndFrame has soething for
you.

Thanks for the info from Google. I don't know why I didn't think to look
there. I've now eliminated the CiceroUIWndFrame message. But with the same
exact scenario when I restart, I get "Windows is trying to close Outlook".
The Outlook process in task manager is still pegged.
