End Program-Active Movie Window appears on shutdown

Hi anyone help me?
Every time i try to shit down a window appears and says End Program- Active
MovieWindow. The window is not responding. Click cancel to find out why or
end now and lose any unsaved information,

I have tried the microsoft downloads/fix to resolve this but no joy
