I have a problem, I envrypted some important files, but
my user was having some problems in the startup. I tried
everything, but nothing worked, so I made a new user,
copied all this documents to the new user, and deleted
the old one. Now I try to open this files and i get
a "Access Denied" sign, so I can't enter any of this
files. What can I do to recover this files, or at least
to be able to open them to save them again, not encrypted?

Greetings --

If the your encryption certificates and keys were not backed up
before the user deletion/creation, and the workstation isn't part of a
domain, those files are gone, for all practical purposes. Encryption
works well and there is no "back door" or hack to access the files.
(Wouldn't be much point to EFS if it were vulnerable.)

You need the old user account still in the SAM database to be able to crack that users password and then access the old files and make them available to other users.
