encryption key

I have a microsoft broadband wireless remote for a
computer in my house and it says I must have the
encryption key from the base station computer and I can
not find out what it is. Can someone help?

Probably refers to WEP - I don't know how the MS wireless AP is set up by
default, but check the documentation or log into the console on it (via a
wired connection) if you can, to see what it is.
