Encoding Wave Files into WMA/MP3/??

Hi

Is it possible to encode a wave file into any compressed formats(such as
WMA) on Pocket PC 2003?

AFAIK there is no Windows Media Encoder for PPC (although it probably exists
for the platform, it is a licensed component)
