Encoding in Internet Explorer

I am having trouble with the encoding in Internet
Explorer. I have to keep changing it to Windows from ISO.
Anybody know how to fix this problem? It's getting to be a
real pain.

Look for this article 283807 at:

Read it and make sure that you have all the necessary .nls files and that
your registry setting is correct.
