I notice from a few days ago, everytime I log into Windows XP, Microsoft
AntiSpyware has been popping up a notification notifying me that an
application change has been allowed for Microsoft Encarta Dictionary.

Has anyone else been experiencing this and could you tell me what could
possibly be causing this.
