Encarta 2004 help anybody?

Is there an encarta newsgroup?

Or does anybody wanna help me with Encarta?

I have Encarta Reference Library 2004 installed to my 2nd PC with no
internet capability. Is there a way I can download updates for this program
and store it in a disc in my internet-capable first PC and copy them to the
second PC?

Encarta has been installed in both PC's copying all 5 CD's into the hard
disks.
is it as simple as creating the following folder in the second PC and
putting all the contents of the folder from the first PC?

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINDOWS\Application
Data\Microsoft\Encarta Reference Library\L04ADXRC\Updates
 
microsoft.public.encarta
