enabling cmd.exe in explorer shell

hi all

am using the explorer shell but need to access cmd.exe how do i achieve this
please
 
HI sean thanks for your reply I am currently reading your book and have found
i t a great help thanks I have a question tho am using disk ewf. I need one
file to be constantly wrote to the protected volume and also one registry key
to be updated I can not risk any info being lost. tThe final requirement my
boss has set is that all other changes to be lost after a reboot is this
possible
