Enable Windos firewall in a specifice network

my quistion is there is a way to enable the firewall automaticaly in any
netowk and when the machine connected to X network the system will switch the
firewall to off

What firewall? It may be easier in some and difficult in
others. Look up the topic of trust zones and how to assign
accessibility based on these. For example, a network or IP
address in a trusted zone would be accessible in contract
to another whose trust zone is being blocked.

you could use the CMD command SC and stop the firewall service.
that's one reason I have remote access disabled :)

I'm not sure if SC will work across networks, INSTSRV.EXE will and can
be used in the same way.

Of course for this to be easier you need to have access to that
machine.
