Enable Sharing

Ive got 1 hardisk, split into two partitions. C:30GB,
D:50GB. I boot OS from drive C. Ive created two accounts.
One is administrator, and the other is a power user. When
i try to download something in poweruser from the
internet to drive D, im restricted. It says that "Access
denied, gain permission from administrator". Ive tried to
find settings in administrator tools that would disabled
that but thats been a waste of time. Can anyone help me
solve this problem? thanks in advanced. :)

Temporarily give the power user administrator rights,

then switch back to poweruser. Lynn
