enable password in safe mood

Hi All

It appears to be possible to go into safe mode and reset the user accounts and password
Is it possible to add more password protection in safe mode to prevent guests from disabling user accounts

Are you logging in as Administrator?
Go to User Accounts in Control Panel.
Select Administrator or any other account.
Then select the option to add a password.
