Enable Network Connections

Is there a way to enable the Network Connections at the
command prompt? I know I can go into the Network
Connections folder, right-click on the Local Area Network
or the Wireless Network, and then click Enable. I thought
there might be something that can do this at the command
line.
 
you may want to use netsh.

Hi Robert,

I've looked at the netsh commands and even displayed the
netsh /? get a list of commands. I cannot find anything
might might do this. Any other suggestions?
