Do you mean somthing like
'This document contains macros'
Macros may contain viruses...
Then 3 buttons:
'Disable Macros' 'Enable Macros' 'More Info'
If this is the case, it is the security settings:
WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING
Think carefully before disabling this, it is quite a good safety check on
files you are not sure about. Only do the following if you NEVER open word
files you are not 100% sure of.
WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING
In Word:
Tools -> 'Options...' -> 'Security' -> 'Macro Security...' -> Set to Low
