Enable Logging (troubleshooting) Outlook 2003

I haven't looked at the log file yet. (I'm trying to gather info now before I
take a look at someone's log sometime this week). Will it be straightforward?
I am mainly trying to find errors to justify an issue.

While some the log's contents are beyond my understanding, when I review my
own I certainly find the POP/SMTP communications record clear and
understandable.
