enable driver

I downloaded Roxio RecordNow 9 Music lab and when I try to run it I am
recieving a prompt stating that all of my drivers have been disabled and I
must physically remove a driver or enable a driver...how do I do this?

Whch particular driver(s)? I didn't get that message with the program.
