en error message I don't understand

Hi,
after installing an IPOD on my computer, I received the following error msg every time I log on : "4d8 qttask.exe
There is no disk in drive. Please insert disk into drive\device\harddisk\DR5."
Can anyone help? Thanks.
 
Hi,

Start/run msconfig, go to the startup tab and disable anything that loads
QuickTime or one of its components.
