Empty Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items

We have Exchange Server 5.5 (running on Windows 2000) and Outlook 2002. We
have Active Directory 2000. We would like to know if there is a way to
empty the Inbox and Sent Items after 30 days, and Deleted Items
automatically after 45 days?
