Help me, I accidently deleted one of my reports, and the format took me long
time to accomplish, is there a way to retrieve the file? Help

I sympathize with you. I guess backing up will now be one of those
hard-learned but long-remembered things. I learned the same lesson, the same
way, and keep a folder for each development project, with a subfolder called
"Backups" and under that, create new folders with the current date and time
for each backup... and I backup very often.

I back up all my data very often, too, to offline media of some sort.
