embedding objects help

I am designing and order form with lots of drop downs and vlookups etc..
basically depending on the person ordering there are different
products that they can order. and on each of those products there are
lots of sub products that can have different values i need to select
the person ordering and then embed a seperate order details section
witht hte lookups can i do this with and if... ie in my own format
if(customer = authenticated embed(autenticated worksheet) else load non
authenticated worksheet??? i know this is not the correct way but can
it be done also how do i do it??
