embedded word documents, printing the full object

I understand how to embed a word document into excel. The
problem I have is the document in 3 pages long and only 1
page is viewable in Excel. Sure I can click on the
embedded document and then view the entire file, but I
need to print it. I need to send the file to a number of
people and I just want the entire file to print, not just
the first page. Is there any way of doing this. Thanks

Can't you tell them to double click on the document and print all the pages from
there?

Or split your document into 3 separate documents and embed each of them.
