Embedded resource

I don't want to extract a icon from DLL. I want to copy a embedded resource
icon from a DLL ou EXE to other DLL.

If you don't extract it, how are you going to copy it? Look at the icon
extractors' source code, determine how and where the icon is stored in the
PE file then extract it and copy it into your new DLL.

If the "new" DLL is already existing, and if the two icons are the same size
and take the same memory it will work for unsigned software but signed
software will object to the change in digital signature.

Either way, the suggestion I gave you is the start to your solution.
