Embed a Flash Movie

I have Office 2007. A porwepoint presentation I would like to insert a Flash
movie.
The movie is called: "Freedom.flv" note the ".flv". I read in the help how
to insert a ".swf" movie. this however did not work with my Freedom.flv.
Is there anyway to make this work, did I do something wrong or will it not
work with the ".flv"

FLV file seems from YouTube, I think.
Do you have the copyright to insert it into your presentation?

Yes we have permision to use the video, actually someone from our local
newspaper shot the video, put it on the paper's web site, then a friend
pulled it from the paper's site and posted on UTube. Then sent a copy to me.
We asked the paper who said fine.

Should I be getting a different format from the paper?
